No. 4 Stoney Street OR 35 Warser Gate This grand entrance & frontage stands on the corner of Stoney Street with Warser Gate. It says 4 on the door but the premises also have a Warser Street address. It dates from 1879 and was designed by Chesterfield architect T. H. Kent for Rogers & Black It is a very early example of a steel framed building and the use of in situ concrete floors.
