Nottingham Buildings

According to the listing, this building dates from the early 19th century and that it was altered in the late 20th century. 

However, visitor to this site Kevin Grain informs me that his family owned the property up until the 1970's and that he holds copies of title deeds that go back to the 17th century.

So, is the listing incorrect ?
