This building, designed by London architect Hawkins Brown has only just opened its doors. It's aim is to become a cultural hub for contemporary visual arts led by African, African Caribbean & South Asian artists. Constructed in highly unusual black bricks it is certainly very different and makes a strong impact sandwiched between two Victorian red brick buildings. |
