The Exchange Arcade The Council House
Exchange Arcade is an integral part of The Council House Building and houses a good number of the more up-market retailers. The arcade has entrances onto High Street, Cheapside and Smithy Row (This one), and unlike its modern counterparts is lit with natural light This series of pictures shows the arcade beautifully, and tastefully decked out ready for Christmas 2006.
