Not only has the old waterworks building been restored but the adjoining single story building that was once Hooley's Garage has also had a complete make over.

The two buildings have then been joined and extended with the skillful use of a modern steel frame and glass structure.
The overall effect is excellent and shows just how well the old can be mixed with the new and still maintain the historic integrity of the original structures
