Probably the most prestigious of all new build apartment blocks in the city. This development was built by Trent Park Developments Limited and was designed by Franklin Ellis Architects of Nottingham. As visitors to this site will know, I'm not a fan of most of the new apartment blocks that have sprung up in recent years. However, I think this development breaks the mould. It sits very well on its site, has plenty of detail and interest and is a quality building. I can't imagine a better city location and the views to the east over the river and fields are stunning. Just wish I could afford one of the corner units. |
