Jesse Boot 1850 - 1931 Founder of the 'Boots the Chemists' empire, looks out towards his Beeston factory. He was a great man and a generous benefactor to The City of Nottingham. He was Knighted in 1917 and in 1929 was created 1st Baron Trent of Nottingham.
