Any hopes of once again seeing small children enjoying a summer paddle here can I think be totally abandoned. The pool was closed for health & safety reasons and it is now full of the silt taken out of the nearby water garden and lake. I was told that the plan is to plant it with reeds etc. and turn it into a wetland wildlife habitat. |
