Hurts Yard Upper Section towards Parliament Street This alleyway cuts through between Upper Parliament Street and Long Row. This was cleaned up several years back and had the potential for becoming a quiet little backwater for up-market small private shops for tourists etc. . Unfortunately, quite the reverse seems to have happened today with several premises looking decidedly run down and of little interest.
