The Icon The Ropewalk The Architects for this radical little structure were Marsh Grochowski and in 2008 it won a RIBA Award. It was designed to fit into a very tiny triangular space on the Ropewalk to give access to more extensive office accommodation to the rear and also below the road level. The cladding on this is zinc whereas the construction of the main office space that stands on an existing base is in conventional red brick.
