John Pye & Sons are Auctioneers and Valuers and are one of the largest independent auction houses in the UK. They presently have three auction rooms in the fully restored James Shipstone House (Behind the sign), and a fourth is soon to be added.

The company are also  in the process of developing the rest of the site and have so far created bidding rooms in the old keg plant, self storage units, secure compounds and affordable housing
