- Sadly my arthritis prevented me from visiting the Japanese water garden which sits below this bottom lake this time Sadly also, it is clear that the rose pergola which bounds the bottom lake on top of the dam, has still not been repaired. In my 2007 shot I reported that it had already been cordoned off. This will be an expensive job and no doubt funds are still not available. |
